Provide on-site construction management duties during mobilization, site preparation, construction, fit-out, commissioning and occupancy phases. Provide support in project planning, procurement, design, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned construction projects. Interface with clients to define project requirements. Review schedule and align project work plan and deadlines with requirements. Lead and manage the construction quality assurance process. Coordinate and monitor the completion of activities in all phases of the project life cycle. Monitor and oversee the project design or construction effort, to include but not limited to risk management, security and safety compliance, etc. Conduct comprehensive reviews of construction submittals and construction contract documents. Provide project administration and contract administration duties, including records management.   Generate well organized professional deliverables, including daily field reports.  Assist the Owner with acquisition planning, technical reviews, execution, and administration.  Collect requirements, prepare SOWs, and conduct market research, as appropriate. Provide technical support on a daily basis to all customers, manage electronic documents, serves as the liaison for stakeholders and customer groups, provide expertise, monitor security related issues, and maintain a coordinating relationship with the government agency, its clients, and external partners to include the architect-engineers, construction contractors, and other contractors supporting the government. Assist with the transition of projects to those customers responsible for ongoing maintenance of space. Travel will be required throughout multiple project locations.
