The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving complaints and inquiries, treat callers with compassion and empathy, and maintain customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Manage large amounts of inbound calls promptly. Follow communication "FAQs scripts" when handling different topics. Identify caller's needs, clarify information, provide guidance, and be able to de-escalate a caller when agitated. Shifts: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Requirements Bilingual-French Canadian. Must own computer and headset. High School Diploma. Previous experience in a customer support role Have strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types. Be able to multitask and manage multiple incidents at a time. Benefits Hourly Pate Rate - $17.50/hr (USD) Expected hours: 40 per week
