Honda CRV Touring Edition - 2015 w/127,000 miles - $12,000 (S. Charlotte)

For sale by Owner - a fully loaded 2015 Honda CRV Touring with extras for $12,000.00. The car has 127,000 miles and is in good condition. We are the one and only owners of the car which has been regularly serviced and we have all service records available and all original paperwork including the window sticker. Now for the pros and cons: Pros: brand new brakes - 2 weeks old; car has been regularly serviced - we have all servcie records; it is in excellent condition except for the roof liner; tires are in good shape and have lots of life left; the car has never been smoked in; extras include navigation, power moonroof/sunroof, power tailgate, running boards, door guards, crossbars, floor mats, tinted windows and cargo cover; we still have both keys that came with the car; and the car averages 26 miles to the gallon. Now for the Cons: sensor for the tires needs to be replaced - AAA said this is a known issue with this car and we just have to check tire pressures the old fashioned way; roof liner is heavily stained from a coke that exploded several years ago; and the steering wheel is worn - a steering wheel cover eliminates this last issue (can buy from amazon as cheap as $10.00).
