We are currently seeking qualified candidates for consideration to fill an open Civil Engineering position in our Program Management Services Division. This position will be located at our Client’s Binghamton, NY offices. The Program Management Services Division at LaBella provides comprehensive management services for complex projects and multi-year capital programs. Project teams are established to provide a customized mix of business consulting, project management, financial control and monitoring, administrative, and technical support services.  The Civil Engineer will support capital projects associated with Transmission Lines and Substations. A successful candidate will be self- motivated with the willingness to learn, train, and continue building their knowledge through classes in the electrical industry. The candidate will be trustworthy and punctual have a positive attitude, flexibility, and possess leadership skills.
