Remain current and continually expand knowledge of wine and spirits to inform and educate our guests as well as give suggestions and pairing ideas with food. Merchandise and maintain correct signage throughout the department. Oversee the processing and stocking of new shipments. Inventory control. Transporting merchandise from storage areas and sales floor. Assist in other departments if needed and cashiering. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail with a focus on wine/spirits Previous experience in grocery in a supervisory role. Previous cash handling skills a plus. Competencies: Ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Self-motivated and energetic. Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Ability to develop product knowledge and stay current. Travel Requirements:                                                                                                                                         Independent and reliable local travel up to 50% of the time. Physical Requirements: Must be able to regularly lift at least 50 lbs. Standing: Up to 8 hours per day. Walking: Up to 8 hours per day. Reaching: Up to 4 hours per day. DEADLINE IS .3/31/25  Can be completed any time during store open hours.  No pre-call required.  Full instruction will be provided PHG needs reps to visit retail chain stores to perform audits on their floor care.  Reps will need to do a short interview with the manager, walk around main store and aisles to evaluate and take photos of flooring as an indicator of what is needed to keep the floors at peak appearance. They will also need to visit the janitor's area and get photos of their mop supplies and floor chemicals. Travel pay can be discussed at scheduling if distance involved  Reporting/photos into client's new CMX1 App or Website must be within 24 hrs of visit.
