As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service, assisting customers with product knowledge, and creating a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, and motivated to deliver a premium shopping experience while helping customers find exactly what they need. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. • Provide knowledgeable guidance on products. Educate customers on promotions, new arrivals, and product features. • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and helping customers find the products they are looking for. • Comfortably operate a cash register accurately and efficiently. • Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays and store areas. • Restock inventory. Ensure products are well-organized, labeled, and properly displayed. Monitor inventory levels and place new orders. • Maintain in-depth product knowledge. Stay current with industry trends, new products, and relevant regulations to provide accurate and helpful info to customers. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. Experience in merchandising and stocking products to enhance the shopping experience is a plus.. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for success in this position. A background in grocery store operations or similar environments can be beneficial but is not required.
