Moondog HiFi is a Brooklyn listening bar celebrating music, vinyl culture, and elevated food & drinks. We’re seeking a creative, social-first intern with a strong background in content creation to help us grow our brand. This role is perfect for someone who lives on Instagram/TikTok, knows how to tell stories with short-form video, and is excited to shape a venue’s voice online while pitching in on events and bookings. What you’ll do: - Own our social channels (IG, TikTok, Threads): plan a weekly content calendar, post Reels/Stories, and manage comments/DMs. - Create content: shoot and edit short-form videos and photos from events, DJs, vinyl features, cocktails, and behind-the-scenes moments. - Design quick promos: make flyers and stories (Canva/Adobe) and keep branding consistent. - Promote events: support bookings, coordinate posts with DJs/partners, and help with on-site capture. - Track performance: report basic metrics (reach, engagement, saves) and iterate on what works. What we’re looking for: - Proven social media experience (school projects, internships, or personal brand)—you can show us content you’ve made. - Hands-on creator skills: filming on phone, editing in CapCut/Adobe Rush/Premiere, basic graphic design (Canva/Adobe). - Strong writing for captions; you understand tone, hooks, and CTAs. - Organized, proactive, and comfortable working some nights/weekends for event coverage. - Passion for music (vinyl/DJ culture a plus) and hospitality. Details - Paid internship with the option to transition to a longer-term paid role after one month based on performance. - Flexible hours; some tasks can be remote. - Based in Brooklyn, NY.
