This furnished, elegant, luxury cottage is in perfect condition, with amenities including cable TV, high-speed internet and security system. The house has central air conditioning, radiant and forced air heat, hardwood floors, mahogany windows and doors, a large deck, an exquisite view and abundant natural light. There is a built-in induction cooktop, hood and Breville toaster oven. There is no washer or dryer. We seek an individual who is exceptionally neat and clean, a non-smoker and with no pets. The guest house would be suitable as a “pied-a-terre”. The one bedroom guest house is available now. Rent is $2,700 per month including utilities, internet and Comcast TV. First and last month rent plus a security deposit will be required.
