We are a pet friendly, smoke-free property with a lovely clubhouse that offers Wi-Fi and cable, and a 24-hour fitness center. There is also an extremely convenient walking trail to utilize! Riverbend apartments are close to shopping, schools, and a beautiful public playground. There are also many restaurants nearby and the historic City Center is only a couple of miles away! Our property offers 1- and 2-bedroom units with a variety of floorplans and select units will have air conditioning installed. The rent ranges from $1,595-$1,615 for 1-bedrooms, and $1,795-$1,825 for 2-bedrooms. Water and sewer are billed separately at a metered rate. We do charge a refundable security deposit of $500 OAC. There is an additional security deposit of $250 for pets (per pet) that is also refundable. This amount covers the 2-pet limit. We do not have a weight limit for pets.
