It shares two walls with my space, so, the person must be a quiet person, no parties/loud music, etc. No shared space, though. All separate and private. No smoking, of any sort on property. No 215/420, growing, storage or processing. No pets. Limited private parking, smaller vehicles work best. Quiet neighborhood, just past the Brunswick Y, about 1/8 mile off 174 by Best Friends animal clinic. Vinyl and laminate floors.  Propane cook stove, heater and water heater. Rent includes shared high speed wifi, water, shared garbage, and reasonable utilities. included utilities based on one person. Cell phone coverage is ok, not great but seems to work for most people. No yard. Must have steady, provable income. Must carry/provide proof of renters insurance. will be vacant in Oct. doing an upgrade, and will be available to show as soon as it's completed. Not sure of exact available date. I'm making a list of folks to contact once I can show it. Short term considered.
