Key Responsibilities: Assist patients with bathing, dressing, mobility, and other daily living activities. Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions to nursing staff. Support rehabilitation therapies by preparing equipment and ensuring patient safety. Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records.
