Knife skills and familiarity with various cooking equipment. Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. We are seeking an EXPERIENCED dishwasher to work at Panama 66 located in Balboa Park. You MUST be able to work Wednesday night + Friday - Sunday nights. Our longtime dish guru Mikey is moving away and while it will be hard to replace him, we must try! But I cannot stress this enough: you must be reliable and have experience. We pay you hourly $19 an hour to start plus tips which average about $8-9 an hour for a total of $26.50-29.50 an hour. But you must be EXPERIENCED with both hand washing and using commercial dishwashing machines. You must work clean, fast and be kind.
