Pizzeria Bianco in Downtown Los Angeles is looking to bring on Managers and Assistant Managers! A restaurant by James Beard Award Winning Chef Chris Bianco, Pizzeria Bianco DTLA is a fast paced restaurant that specializes in wood-fired pizza and other Italian and Southern California inspired dishes. We are looking for experienced and responsible Managers and Assistant Managers to help oversee day-to-day service, operations, and more. Full-time and part-time employment. OFFERING COMPETITIVE WAGES. General Responsibilities (May Vary by Position): - Oversee front of house/ back of house operations, including staff scheduling, training, supervision, customer interactions, etc. - Ensure that service standards are consistently met or exceeded, maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests and employees. - Manage or assist with reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, optimizing table turnover and guest satisfaction. - Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and prompt resolution. - Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service flow and maintain high-quality food and beverage offerings. - Monitor inventory levels for front of house supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed. - Uphold health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and staff training sessions. - Maintain consistent and thorough communications with Manager/ General Managers and other Administrative staff members - Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, morale, and professional development among staff members. Qualifications: - Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused mindset. - Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. - Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and basic computer proficiency. - Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine service and menu presentation. - Certified in Food Handling and Safety by California and Los Angeles Legal Standards Please reach out if you have any interest in joining our Pizzeria Bianco team!
