Looking for experienced prep cook and dishwasher to join our busy seafood and cocktail bar. Ideal candidate will be able to maintain clean works spaces and keep up with assisting line cooks with necessary prep while also keeping dish pit clean and organized. We'd like someone positive and conscientious to join our team as a deli prep assistant, cashier and to create grab and go options and baked goods for both Trout Lily Market and our sister store Round Earth Roasters. Food prep experience is a plus, but the new hire will ultimately be trained in all aspects of the store including the deli, grocery, front counter service and as a barista.
