We are seeking a part time hybrid barback / server for a fast paced high end cocktail bar in the East Village. This position would be responsible for waiting on tables while also performing barback duties including making infusions and syrups, stocking the bar, running dishes, etc. This position would also be able to train up into the bartending position. Must have weekend availability. - Previous bar or server experience required - Food Handler's license required - $16.50 starting pay with tips added on top

Kitchen Prep will be required to prepare ingredients, make kitchen inventory list, execute orders, read english and spanish, clean all kitchen supplies and more.
