Pay & Benefits: Total Pay of $34-$42 per hour Base Pay: $22-24 based on experience 4% Kitchen Surcharge: $8-$14/hr on top of base pay. 4% service charge on food is allocated 100% to hourly kitchen employees. This varies based on business levels.
