Air-O-Swiss S450 Steam Humidifier - not ultrasonic so no white dust! - $60 (Upper West Side)

Selling my Air-O-Swiss / Boneco AOS S450 Steam Humidifier in excellent condition with all the original manuals and parts. It also comes with a brand new anti-mineral and two packets of descaler for periodic cleaning. I am selling it because I no longer need it and I am downsizing all of my belongings right now. This Air-O-Swiss humidifier has two great features that I think make this unit much nicer than most others: 1. Not ultrasonic, so no white dust! Ultrasonic humidifiers tend to generate white dust in one's home, but this Air-O-Swiss does not because it heats up the water to generate pure steam for humidification. 2. A very large and easy to fill water tank. It also 1.8 gallons, so it doesn't need to be refilled often, and it is also cube shaped so you can just set it down on the counter to fill it (unlike many other humidifiers which have odd shaped tanks!). The only downside I can think of is that built-in humidity gauge is pretty darn inaccurate and so running it on automatic may under or over humidify. I recommend using a separate hygrometer and turning this humidifier on and off as needed. Asking $60. Cash only, local pickup only.
