We are seeking a highly organized and responsible purchasing/office assistant to maintain a friendly and efficient office environment for a Plumbing Contractor company. Responsible for all data entry, tracking, compose/edit documents with a high degree of accuracy and other related clerical duties. Supports manager(s) through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Job Responsibilities • Perform general office clerk duties and errands • Handle incoming calls and other communications • Request quotes, purchase orders, track and schedule material • Enter order details (e.g. vendors, description, prices) into database • Data entry for accounts receivable/payable • Assist office managers with day-to-day duties • Help organize and maintain office common areas Skills and Requirements • High School Diploma or equivalent • Ability to work well under limited supervision • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Proficiency computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) • Willingness to learn and grow with the company • Valid Driver’s License and Personal Vehicle Schedule • Monday to Friday (7:30am – 4:00pm)* • Off Weekends Benefits • Health insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Paid time off* • Holiday Pay*
