We are seeking staff interested in working a Full-Time position as a Mail Clerk/Payment Processing Clerk. Job Description: This position primarily includes mail handling duties. Responsible for all incoming, outgoing, and inter-departmental and inter-Company mail, and opening mail, sorting checks, filing and answering general phone calls. Position will also include cashiering; payment processing duties may be included as needed and as time allows. This includes preparing and balancing daily deposits, receiving payments from customers by mail, drop box, checking records for payments made on customer accounts, sorting, distributing bills, work order, reports and maintaining logs and files, and typing letters, creating Excel reports, etc. Requirements: Must have at least 3-5 years of general office and clerical experience. Prior experience with Word and Excel. Must have the ability to multi-task and learn new software systems, and payment processing. Must be able to lift, carry, stack, and otherwise handle as may be required - mail and packages, cartons of paper, cards, and other stationery materials weighing up to 65 pounds.
