Family Law Legal Assistant - VIRTUAL (virtual)

Seeking a part-time virtual paralegal with some experience supporting attorney in family law firms. If you have at least paralegal/legal assistant experience, have previously assisted attorneys directly, and are looking for part-time virtual paralegal role, please submit your resume. You should be available for at least 20 hours/week. Position requirements: • Bachelor’s degree preferred • recent experience supporting attorneys • Excellent writing and proofreading skills • proficiency with utilizing all programs within Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel • Experience editing PDFs • Availability to respond to requests during the hours of 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday – Friday • Your own laptop and smart phone with broadband access to Internet • Quiet location in which to take phone calls Qualities we are looking for: • Organization • Dedication • Initiative • Reliability • Attention to detail • Resourcefulness • Excellent communication skills • Responsiveness • Ability to work independently with limited oversight • Self-starter
