Description

We are currently seeking a full-time, administrative assistant for our high volume, fast-paced auto body collision center. Looking for a hardworking, dedicated and organized individual to work Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm. Duties would include, but are not limited to: * Answering phones in a polite & professional manner * Scheduling estimate appointments * Checking in parts * Able to lift 25 lbs. * Filing * General clerical duties * Other duties assigned Qualifications / Experience: * 1-2 years of administrative assistant experience is preferred * High school diploma or GED * Highly detailed oriented * Able to effectively communicate * Computer literate using MS word, Excel and Outlook * Fast learner * Able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment * Able to multi-task, prioritize work and meet deadlines * High level of accuracy * Experience within the auto industry is a plus For consideration, please submit your resume in response to this ad.
