Seeking Likeminded Christian Pilgrims for Fellowship in the Gospel (Sacramento)

Dear Christian, Has your experience walking with God been more like Christian's in The Pilgrim's Progress than a very easy and settled existence in a local church? Are you Reformed/Calvinistic in doctrine, but finding it difficult to fully fit in with, or fully agree with, the established Reformed/Calvinistic churches of our day? I am looking to meet with likeminded believers in the Sacramento area for prayer, fellowship, and study of God’s Word. My desire is to gather with others who love Christ, are committed to the authority of Scripture, and want to encourage one another in the faith. I do not feel called to be a pastor, though I am willing to preach or teach if needed. Ultimately, I am praying the Lord may raise up someone biblically qualified to shepherd a group like this, should He see fit to grow it.
