We are looking for a Senior Manager, Tax Strategy & Operations to join our growing tax team. This highly visible role will partner closely with our Tax Director and Finance leadership to drive global tax strategy, manage complex cross-functional projects, and enhance operational efficiency as we scale and prepare for future growth initiatives. This is a remote U.S. role, with a preference for candidates based in the Eastern Time Zone. What you will do:  Partner with the Tax Director on tax strategy initiatives, including M&A, corporate restructuring, and global entity planning. Manage cross-functional tax projects, collaborating with Finance, Legal, People, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and execution. Lead tax forecasting and modeling, partnering with FP&A to support strategic decision-making. Oversee tax data integrity across equity, payroll, and financial systems, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness. Support transfer pricing documentation and implementation, working with external advisors and internal teams. Review contracts and intercompany agreements for tax implications and alignment with business objectives. Identify and execute process improvements and automation to scale tax operations efficiently. Requirements We would love to have you on our team if you have: 8+ years of experience. Strong knowledge of corporate tax structures, M&A, global entity planning, and transfer pricing fundamentals. Ability to build and interpret cash tax and ETR forecasts; experience partnering with FP&A. Proven experience leading large, complex tax projects across Finance, Legal, People, and Operations teams. Ability to see the big picture while translating tax implications into actionable business decisions.
