Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, etc.). Experience with project management tools (e.g., Procore, BuilderTrend, Fieldwire, etc.). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred). 3+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating and/or project management. This is a 6 - 12 month engagement with an annualized salary of $120,000 - $150,000.
