Position Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Content Marketing Specialist to design and execute a comprehensive marketing and training plan that guides the company in delivering powerful, results-driven content to our customers. This individual will take ideas, data, and direction from a collaborative internal team—translating insights into a polished, actionable marketing and coaching framework that drives motivation, behavior change, and customer engagement. This is an in-office role based in Garland, Texas, Monday through Friday. The initial engagement will be a 90-day project, with the potential to evolve into a full-time opportunity based on performance and results. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a written marketing and coaching plan that aligns with company goals and customer needs. • Work closely with cross-functional teams gathering data, ideas, and industry insights to build actionable strategies. • Create structured, easy-to-follow guides for customers that help improve performance, motivation, and success. • Manage and implement marketing campaigns across social media, YouTube, and other digital platforms. • Write compelling content that connects with audiences and drives measurable engagement. • Help define and strengthen the company’s messaging, tone, and training communication strategy. • Track performance metrics and provide feedback on what’s working and where adjustments are needed. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field from an accredited university. • 1–4 years of post-graduate marketing experience, ideally in campaign strategy, content development, or brand communication. • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with a knack for simplifying complex ideas. • Experience developing customer-facing materials, marketing plans, and engagement strategies. • Familiarity with YouTube, social media platforms, and content distribution methods. • Ability to thrive in a creative, fast-paced, and collaborative office environment. Compensation: Commensurate with experience. This is a project-based position for the first 90 days, with an opportunity for long-term employment based on performance and company growth. Compensation be discussed further on initial phone interview.
