Full or part-time. Flexible hours. Participatory Budgeting is a democratic process in which residents directly deliberate and decide how to spend a portion of a municipal budget. The Community Budgeting for All campaign aims to put a charter amendment on the November 2026 Ballot that would require the City of Portland to develop a reoccurring participatory budgeting process open and accessible to all residents starting in 2028.
