This job is 50% executive/administrative tasks and 50% development fundraising role (for part or full time). Desired start date is September 2025. Roles and Responsibilities: Actively supports the non-profit mission of the school. Performs projects and tasks assigned by the Executive Director. Assists with implementation of annual strategic, marketing and development plans. Contribute video content to our social media in collaboration with the social media manager. May act as Recording Secretary for Board meetings. Helps with annual fundraising events including annual spring gala auction and fall raffle. Schedules meetings and travel for the Executive Director. Occasionally cover in front office answering phones and providing customer service. In the future, may act as summer registrar and admin assistant for Tucker Arts Camp tracking registration on Formsite and as point of contact for camp inquiries. Ensures camp staff have access to pertinent information (contact and health information) each week. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Hard working, proactive, energetic, can-do attitude a must. Minimum 2 years of executive, development or administrative assistant experience. Strong written and oral communications skills. Able to answer the phone and inquiries in a friendly, professional manner. Able to sustain a collaborative work relationship with staff, Board, public and school families. Respect privacy and confidentiality in all communications and situations. Loyalty and discretion regarding Executive Director leadership role Maintain confidentiality with donor information. Experience with social media tools. Punctuality and regular daily attendance are required (approx. 9 AM to 5:30 PM with lunch break). Ability to multi-task and maintain focus on required activity in spite of frequent interruptions. Mastery of computer applications such as Word, Excel, Google docs. Experience in graphic design software, Canva, WordPress, Publisher strongly preferred. Experience with Constant Contact, Formsite, and School Auction preferred Event management experience desirable. Attention to detail and big picture essential. Sense of humor and fun at work. Grace under pressure. Ability to drive to various meetings and attend occasional after-hours events. Ability to commit to minimum 2 years in the role.
