Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams. Strong technical background in embedded systems, IoT devices , Smart Camera or AI technologies. Experience managing multiple engineering teams, driving large-scale projects, and ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products. Reporting to the SVP of IT Security and Infrastructure, the Cybersecurity Analyst will be responsible for safeguarding the company’s information systems, data, and network infrastructure. This role plays a critical part in monitoring, detecting, and responding to security threats while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Monitor network traffic, system alerts, and logs to detect and respond to suspicious or malicious activity. Assist in conducting vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and security audits to identify risks and propose remediation strategies. Monitor endpoint protection, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and other security tools. Support incident response activities, including investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery. Maintain and update security policies, standards, and procedures to align with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA). Knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, and cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with incident response, forensic investigation, and threat intelligence.
