You would basically have entire place to yourself except most occasional weekends when i/my boyfriend come out from LA so it's like having your own one bedroom condo. FOR ONE PERSON ONLY (no guests allowed) MUST BE EMPLOYED outside of the house. Gated community single story unit Bathroom has been redone with a spa shower and tub with new bright white skylights installed. Some of the pictures don't show all the upgrades like Plantation Shutters through out, new french door fridge. Etc. But you can get the idea it's a very nice place that is SMART home connected.
