Looking for roommate/housemates, male or female, for my apt in West Hartford. Looking for young individuals with some roommate experience. If you have decent credit, a neat person, nonsmoker, professional, or student, you could be a good fit. Room will include everything: Common area furnishing, furnished bedroom (optional), fully appliance kitchen, Wi-Fi, all utilities, and common area cleaning service. The apt is convenient to the highway, restaurants and shops, West Hartford Center, and more. I am a professional male, single, down to earth, with a great deal of experience living with roommates. I am sociable, goal oriented. I also like healthy eating and cooking, working out at the gym, staying active with several hobbies, and freelance work. In addition, I enjoy music of various genres, traveling, and I occasionally go out on the weekends but not really a party person. Rent is $825 per month, includes everything, plus security deposit. Place is available to move in now and after a background check.
