$750 / 1br - Room/detached office in a 2 Bedroom house (Corvallis)

Hey yall the title pretty much says it all. I'm looking for a house mate as early as August 1st. The house is located conveniently next to a grocery store and bus stop and many bike routes for easy access to Corvallis. I'm a long term renter (only house mate you'll have) who attends OSU and would like to find someone else who would also be renting for 6+ months. I would prefer someone who is 25+ years old (not a requirement, just a preference) and maintains a pretty chill lifestyle. I have an elderly Shiba Inu who gets along with other animals.
