There are two of us living here now with two cats but a small dog is welcome if it's friendly and house trained. It's quiet out here with a big back porch, rocking chairs and No Neighbors. Perfect to sit and relax while having various wildlife do their thing. There are towns close for shopping, Tishomingo and Iuka have Walmart, Piggly Wiggly and Brooks. Tishomingo is like Mayberry, and very safe. Muscle Shoals is 30 miles away, as is Corinth, Ms. • Must own a car as this is out in the country. • Applicant must have a provable income. SS, SSI, SSDI accepted. • Any pet must be housebroken. • I cannot accept someone with an arrest warrant on them • Monthly Lease will be provided.
