($1500) The large room approx. 400 sq. ft.($2000) both offer plenty of light and space in a five-bedroom non-smoking home surrounded by beautifully maintained front and backyard landscaping. The room is ideal for studying, relaxing, and personal downtime. The home is not a sober living facility, but all current residents are sober and value a calm, clean, and supportive living environment. Current residents are a 55 year old male professional chef, 39 yr old male professional interpreter , and 45 year old female chef. We’re seeking someone who shares similar values and is looking for a peaceful, quiet, focused place to live.
