We are located one block from Divisadero and 10 minutes from Alamo Square. Great access to public transit (<5 mins walk from the 38, 5, 24, and 31 bus lines) and lots of street parking available in our neighborhood. Timing: Oct 1, with flexibility to move in earlier (listed for Sept. 1st). We are looking for a short-term tenant for 6 months (Now until ~April ‘26) Rent: $2,250 per month + utilities & deposit About our home:     •    Fully furnished common space     •    Kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave     •    Large private back patio with a hot tub, patio furniture, and firepit     •    In-unit washer and dryer     •    Additional storage available below our unit     •    Bedroom is the largest in the house with ample closet space and plenty of room for bed, desk, dresser, and more (previous tenant is looking to sell furniture so please let us know if interested in anything pictured) You would be sharing the apartment with two professional women in our early 30s. We love to host occasionally and enjoy hanging out together, but prefer to keep it mellow on weekdays. We value keeping a clean and tidy home.
