I have a room available in 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhome in Baldy Mountain Townhomes in Breck open for move in. Can do a 6 month lease but would prefer someone signing for a year. Current occupants are myself and my wife in the master bedroom (31&32) next to the kitchen and a guy (29) in another room on the second floor who would share a bathroom with whoever moves in. Open to pets but there is already medium sized dog here so they would have to get along. Room is furnished but I can store anything you don't want. Rent is $1075/month (utilities included). Move in would be 1st months rent + security deposit ($1075)
