Hello! I am looking for a young professional to share the lease of a gorgeous two story 2B1B Apartment. SINGLE OCCUPUNCY ONLY. You will have your own private room and will be sharing the bathroom, living room, kitchen, backyard...etc with me :) The room is approximately 10ft by 8.5ft excluding the closet. The apartment is furnished. The room is unfurnished and will be empty when you move in You will be adding onto a one year lease with me as well. I am a young professional in my mid 30's and very clean and super organized. I have a friendly female Shepherd/Husky rescue that is very adorable and affectionate. Laundry room and trash room are on site. Monthly rent will be $1,650 for the room which includes all the utilities except for electricity and internet. There is however a 250 re-assignemtn fee for the lease. Monthly electricity and high speed internet will be around $70 each after equally split. Security Deposit is $1,650. The apartment (and the room) has a lot of natural sunlight and air from the front and back door. Nearby stores and facilities included 0.8 miles to WholeFoods, 0.4 miles to Target, 1.7 miles to Trader Joe's, 0.4 miles to Gold's Gym, and 4.7 miles to Downtown Santa Barbara. Looking for single occupancy only. Pictures of furniture are slight different from photos from when previous roomate moved in. Looking for someone who works outside of home.
