I have a furnished large room with a private bathroom, a walk-in closet, a tv balcony, parking spot, and laundry. It is located in the border of Teaneck and Ridgefield Park NJ a 20 minute bus ride to NYC. We will be sharing the kitchen so I would like someone clean! No smoking, No pets. I prefer a year or 6 months lease. I will check references.
