Starting Pay: $32.50 - $38.35 Per Hour | Paid for all drive and on-duty time! Schedule: Springfield, MA to Various Locations - FT Extra Board | Extra $5 on Weekends! 10 Roads extra board drivers work as business demands, filling in for days off, vacations, sick days, call-offs, etc. Daytime, Evening, and Nighttime schedules are available. Hours and trips will vary; extra board drivers are kept busy due to the nature of the business. $50 Per Diem Per 10-Hour DOT Break *$27.80 + $5.00 in Weekend Differential Pay (Friday to Sunday or on Federal Holidays) + $4.70 - $5.55 in Benefit Pay (up to 40 hours per week) - Benefit Pay offsets monthly health insurance premiums.
