A Place at the Beach III, first-floor condo available for $1500 for the week of 8/23-30/2025. This fully furnished 3-bedroom /3-full-bath condo in Atlantic Beach, NC, sleeps up to 8 people and has parking for 3 cars. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, ice-maker, dishwasher, electric stove and microwave, and is stocked with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, coffee maker, can opener, toaster, blender and basic cooking implements. The dining table seats 6. The living room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, two armchairs, and a flat screen TV. A sliding door opens onto the balcony, which overlooks the courtyard, pool and playground. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and flat screen TV, plus a full bathroom, and also has direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, dresser and closet, and has access to an adjacent full bathroom. The third bedroom is furnished with a twin bed and trundle, and has access to another full bathroom in the hall. A separate laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. This unit can comfortably sleep 5, and up to 8 with use of the sleeper sofa and trundle bed. A Place at the Beach resort amenities include a large outdoor pool with a 150 ft water slide, an indoor pool, 2 hot tubs (one is just a few steps from the unit), a large courtyard lawn, playground, tennis court, basketball court, and even a mini-golf course on the property. The lighted private boardwalk makes it easy to go from the condo to the beach with no steps or stairs. Everything you need for a fun family vacation is right around you. The $1500 fee includes taxes, linens and cleaning for the full week. Due to HOA rules, pets are not allowed and you must be 25 years or older to rent.
