1890 Bryant Studios, San Francisco Beautiful studio with lots of light available in a great artist community in the Mission District Studio space: 260 sq. feet Rent: $497 a month plus utilities (around $40 a month) When: August 10 - September 20 - can be flexible The studio is a 260 square foot loft-like space (It is connected to the common area, so it feels bigger.) The space occupies the upper portion of the studio and looks out over the others. It also overlooks Bryant street where there is a floor to ceiling window wall and a walk-out fire escape. Common areas include a couch, a sink, small fridge, a microwave and a small toaster oven. Most of my past subletters have gone on to secure permanent or long-term studios in the building, so it’s a great way to meet fellow creatives, network, and maybe even find your next studio.
