Currently available 10x14 10x16 10x17 Studios include: Fiber Optic High Speed Internet Private off street gated parking Open houses Electricity -- dedicated 2, 20 amp service via 2, 110 volt wall outlets. Common area amenities such as kitchenette, washrooms, utility sinks, a lounge, multiple sitting areas, loading docs and roll up doors made of windows. Your business can be listed on our website, to help market/promote your work. Studios built with full city permits up to the building codes, which means safety and legitimacy. Sprinklers, ventilation, security features. Every maker/artist has the option to get a business license and operate their business out of their studio (e.g. direct sales). The Studios are located in the "drinks district" of Berkeley on 6th street one block North of Gilman (see below for what is new in the neighborhood).
