Administrative Duties: • Issue payments to vendors upon deliveries as needed • Manage Payroll by processing time verifications & adjustment • Review repair orders for completion and closure • Prepare financial reports • Resolves account discrepancies • Coordinate information with accounting team • Manage office supplies • Manage purchase orders for office and shops • Support and coordinate company events • Manage mail • Manage deposits • Answer inbound calls • Outbound calls to follow up on issues • Safety Coordination for training and maintain employee records • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Attention to detail • High rate of accuracy • Professional verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in mathematics • Punctual • Multi-Task Education and Experience: • Bookkeeping experience a plus • Proficient in Quick Book a plus • High school graduate or higher Benefits (upon completion of trial period). • 401K • Medical and Dental Interested?
