We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to support our team in day-to-day operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be proficient in a range of software tools, and be able to work independently. Our Office Manager and property Managers need assistance with daily work. Any property management skills are a bonus. Must have prior experience working in fast paced office and be excellent working on the computer. This is a office based position, M-F 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Key Skills and Qualifications: • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) • Familiarity with property management tools such as AppFolio a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong grammar and spelling. • Capable of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information. • Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently. • Experience in an administrative role or related field is preferred.
