All properties are located with the Bay Area-specifically San Francisco and Oakland. SUMMARY OF THE POSITION: This janitorial position consists of the cleaning and maintenance of several luxury buildings—vacuuming all common areas, sweeping and moping building lobbies, making sure lobbies are in clean/organized order with front door clean, hallway lightbulbs are replaced when out, delivered packages are orderly, elevator are clean. Pick up trash/litter in and around properties, empty trash cans, moving garbage cans to the street for particular buildings, keep storage rooms in an organized and clean manner, along with other janitorial duties. We are looking for a candidate who will do the proper job and pays attention to detail. In addition, this candidate to have a cordial attitude and to work well with others. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum three years of multi-family apartment janitorial experience. Skilled in usage and care of common hand and power tools used in janitorial maintenance work. About the Role We are seeking to add an additional Resident Manager for a property in San Francisco. We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and personable Resident Manager to oversee day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities • Minor Repairs & Maintenance: Perform light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general handyman tasks as needed. Conduct routine inspections to proactively identify maintenance issues. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for larger maintenance jobs • Tenant Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for residents for non-emergency concerns, complaints, and maintenance requests.
