About the role As an Associate Director in our applied AI and technology practice, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and delivering high impact, bespoke AI solutions for our enterprise clients. Requirements 6-8 years of experience, in either consulting, agencies, or AI-focused environments working with enterprise clients 2+ years working on applied AI programs for enterprises, ideally spanning multiple industries (e.g. CPG, F&B, healthcare, financial services) Proven track record designing and delivering AI-powered tools, workflows, or decision systems, owning the product or solution vision rather than just supporting it. Familiarity with the applied AI landscape, including core tools, trends, and common enterprise use cases Prior experience working in industries like CPG, healthcare, financial services, or industrials is a plus Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Compensation We offer a competitive base salary for this role, typically in the range of $150,000- $190,000, depending on experience.
