Graza is looking for a Product Strategy Senior Manager to lead the strategic direction, roadmap development, and cross-functional execution for Graza’s Olive Oil product line and new innovations. This role will build out the product strategy function at Graza, providing alignment throughout the organization on the goals for the product line. They will be responsible for competitor market and consumer insight analysis to improve current products and develop go to market strategies for new innovations. Primary Responsibilities Build and Drive Product Strategy: Lead the development and continuous evolution of the strategic roadmap for Graza’s Olive Oil, including product innovation, renovation, and format or packaging extensions. Be the Voice of the Consumer at Graza: develop a deep understanding of consumer preferences, needs and integrate into Graza’s product strategy. Identify Growth Opportunities: Use consumer insights, category data, competitive analysis, and cultural trends to identify whitespace opportunities and inform long-term planning, partnering with category management. Lead Cross-Functional Execution and Project Management: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance and Operations to translate strategy into action, developing the process by which new products enter into the market. Go-To-Market Strategy Leadership: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to shape product positioning, maximize velocity and brand equity. Requirements 6-8+ years of experience in CPG or similar field in product strategy, brand management or innovation Proven ability to set up processes and systems and lead and project manage cross-functional projects in entrepreneurial environments Excellent communicator and collaborator with a leadership presence who can influence across levels and functions Analytical skillset - proficiency in category data analysis, consumer insights development and analysis, translating analysis into actionable strategies Highly organized and self-driven, with a builder mindset and bias for action Excel, powerpoint and CPG data metric fluency required This role reports to the Director of Strategy and Operations and will be based out of our Brooklyn, NY office 4 days a week Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Monthly Wellness Stipend Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Lots of olive oil!

The company offers a combination of self-serve studio products (SaaS), 3rd party fluid ad serving, and a full-service rich-media creative development offering. The role enables this individual to work across all areas as a technical trainer and learning designer documenting all solutions and supplying educational tools for our clients. A must requirement includes a high degree of creativity and an innovative mindset with quick learnability around the ad creative design and operations processes.
