Summary: Seeking a skilled Mandrel Tube Bender to join our growing team in Van Nuys. This role is critical to our fabrication process, ensuring that all tubing components meet our exacting standards for quality and performance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating mandrel tube bending equipment and a strong eye for detail. Responsibilities: • Operate mandrel tube bending machines to produce high-quality tubing components. • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders. • Inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications. • Maintain equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and report any issues. • Work closely with the fabrication team to ensure smooth production flow. • Uphold a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications: • Previous experience operating mandrel tube bending machines (preferred). • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Familiarity with aircraft ground support equipment manufacturing is a plus.

Starting Rate $18.22 - higher rate with more experience. This Assembler Position uses basic hand tools to assemble various components in manufacturing. Opening for an experienced Amada Punch Press Operator. The position is responsible for setting up and operating a turret punch press to produce precision sheet metal parts according to customer specifications. Experience with Amada Vipros 358 is beneficial.
