Now Hiring: Concrete Batch Plant Operators – Elko, NV | $140/Day Per Diem | Start ASAP 2-Year Project | Rotating Schedule | $35/hour | 40–50 Hours/Week Superior Skilled Trades is hiring Concrete Batch Plant Operators for a long-term, 2-year project in Elko, Nevada. If you have recent finish concrete experience, are mechanically inclined, and understand plant operation systems, this is a great opportunity to join a high-performing team in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Batching Operations: - Accurately weigh and measure raw materials - Operate computer-controlled batching systems Equipment Operation: - Safely operate mixers, conveyors, silos, and batching systems Quality Control: - Monitor materials and concrete output - Conduct inspections and testing for compliance Maintenance: - Perform daily and preventive maintenance - Report major mechanical issues Work Environment: - Manufacturing plant and outdoor settings - Exposure to extreme temperatures and loud machinery - Requires PPE: hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection - Physical tasks: bending, standing, walking, kneeling, twisting, operating hand controls - Team collaboration with maintenance, QC, and drivers Schedule & Pay: - Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM - Rotating Weekly Schedule: * Week 1: 3 days on / 4 days off * Week 2: 4 days on / 3 days off - Hours: 40–50/week - Pay: $35/hour - Per Diem: $140/day (for days worked) Requirements: - Must pass background and drug test - Must have recent finish concrete experience - Must be mechanically inclined and understand plant operation systems - Equal Opportunity Employer Apply Now – Limited Spots Available! https://superiorskilledtrades.com/ and then Text "Concrete" to 725-208-4669 for quick consideration
