ShareJob Qualifications and Skills --Journeyman HVAC License preferred --Beneficial to have welding experience --Able and willing to follow direction exactly, efficiently, and quickly. --Gather materials, as directed, and load onto a work van in an organized way so it can be pulled off in the right order for the job. --Able to be directed and corrected, and remember standard operating procedures. --Able to lift 50 lbs alone, 80-110 lbs with help of co-worker. --Able to climb and descend a ladder; to crawl in tight spaces; to safely use power tools. --Able to pass a background check.
