Sheet Metal Mechanics Location: Cleveland, Akron, Kent and Surrounding Areas Power Labor is immediately hiring experienced Sheet Metal Mechanics, Installers and Helpers to assist our team across multiple job sites around Cleveland and surrounding areas. Responsibilities: Install sheet metal for commercial projects, including ductwork and related systems Work independently or under limited supervision to complete daily tasks Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications Ensure installations meet safety and quality standards Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines Maintain and properly use tools, equipment, and PPE Requirements: 3–5 years of commercial sheet metal installation experience Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision Strong understanding of blueprints and technical documents Clean driving record and personal reliable transportation Must provide own sheet metal tools and required PPE Consistent attendance and reliability are mandatory Ability to pass drug screen and background check Willingness to travel up to 40 miles as needed for projects Pay and Benefits: Full-time, steady work.
